Following are some of the tools that I use in my coaching. Depending on the situation I may draw on any of these tools. (and offer some other ones, as well!) - The emWave® from HeartMath®. I highly recommend the emWave and use it extensively, both personally as well as in my coaching*. Both the handheld version and the computer-based version measure the body’s response to stress and give you in-the-moment feedback, so you learn to shift from a stressful, or anxious, or overwhelmed state, to a ‘coherent’ state. ‘Coherence’ is a very efficient state in which you align your heart, breath and mind and makes you feel much more peaceful, calm, and clear!

- Core Dynamics Venn: I studied this body of work extensively and found it very clear and applicable to many situations. Core Dynamics offer insights in what is holding a particular behavior in place, while practical tools help you release their energy so you have more freedom to be yourself.
- Career Equity: This is a career assessment that you can download for free. Your work is important to you; it defines in a large part how you see yourself. When your work is not fulfilling, you may start to see yourself worth less than you are. If you find yourself in this situation or unemployed, looking for another position can feel like a daunting task, since many job descriptions may look like one thing, but in reality are quite another! Using this assessment may give you some clarity on what is and isn’t important to you in your career. When you know what you want in a career, finding it is becomes easier!
