They have a message and are not affraid to stand up and make themselves heard! Discover your message, what makes you vibrant, and how to bring that vibrancy into all areas of your life. - Vibrant Woman consults: A Woman to Woman conversation about life (yours). In a woman's life it's all about relationships: with your significant other, your children, your work, your friends, but also with yourself, your body and your spirituality. In this conversation, over the phone or in-person when possible, we talk about where these relationships nourish you and where they may deplete you. We women are full of energy, it is our birthright to shine! I offer insights and practical tools and techniques that bring the energy back into your life and your relationships, so that you have more freedom to do what brings you joy, while spending less time doing the things that drain you!
- Vibrant Women workshops: A gathering of vibrant women: sharing, laughter, intense conversations and creative explorations in a supportive and nurturing environment. We all have our stories, our experiences that have shaped us. By exploring these stories together, we have the chance to share our wisdom, and the opportunity to receive insights from each other. At the end of the workshop we cement these insights into our lives with practical tools and techniques that help you live your life vibrantly!
