Vibrant Women is for women who are tired of playing small. They have a message and are not affraid to stand up and make themselves heard! Discover your message, what makes you vibrant, and how to bring that vibrancy into all areas of your life.
- Vibrant Woman coaching: A series of Woman to Woman conversations about life (yours). In a woman's life it's all about relationships: with your significant other, your children, your work, your friends, and especially with yourself, your body and your spirituality. In this conversation, over the phone or in-person when possible, we talk about where these relationships nourish you and where they may deplete you. We women are full of energy, it is our birthright to shine! You will gain insights, learn practical tools and techniques, using workbooks where necessary, to bring the energy back into your life and your relationships. - Vibrant Women workshops: A gathering of vibrant women: sharing, laughter, intense conversations and creative explorations in a supportive and nurturing environment. We all have our stories, our experiences that have shaped us. By exploring these stories together, we have the chance to share our wisdom, and the opportunity to receive insights from each other. At the end of the workshop we cement these insights into our lives with practical tools and techniques that help you live your life vibrantly!
